Bry...You are lucky that he transitioned so easily. Bryce (who is now almost 5 months old) would not under any circumstances sleep in his crib. He would only sleep in him carseat if we set it in his crib and rocked him to sleep in it. To transition him I had to wrap him in him Halo wrap and rock him to sleep and then set him on our bed for 5-10 minutes and finally I would place him in his crib. He has only started to sleep in his crib for the last month and a half at the most and two weeks of that he was in his carseat due to him coming down with influenza.

- Kirsten McLeanAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357532756325404499.post-58120418986294720662011-04-08T15:31:53.978-05:002011-04-08T15:31:53.978-05:00Oh jeez I forgot all about that time lol. Although this morning she woke up at 5:00 and didn't want to go back to sleep until 7. Trust me though, it does get better with time! Also I do agree with you. I think a lot of people try to scare first time moms and make things seem worse than they really are.

Glad its getting somewhat better for you though! :)

The Sweetest Life♥Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357532756325404499.post-69523901230531015152011-04-08T12:23:42.657-05:002011-04-08T12:23:42.657-05:00Those late night feedings are so exhausting. Giving up those little moments of closeness are hard, but I guess that's being a parent, watching our little guys become more independent. He's lucky to have such a good mama!Ellenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04213822754404503060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6357532756325404499.post-6142983202102006952011-04-07T23:58:35.870-05:002011-04-07T23:58:35.870-05:00Baby steps, right??
