13 weeks, new names, & my Ellie belly.

First of all, thank you for all of the suggestions and votes on our names yesterday. I also asked for help on facebook {if we're not already friends, you can add me here.} By the end of the night, my status had 65 comments! In all, Aaron and I have over FIFTY new names to look over. I like a lot of them, but I'm sure Aaron probably won't, so it should be easy to narrow it down a little. I'll be updating our name list within a day or two- I'll let you know. :) Some of my favorites, off the top of my head, are Ada, Lenora, Loralie, Eden, and Elyse. I'm also toying with some of the really unique ones, such as Ender, Monroe, and Finn + Sawyer (as girls' names).

Second, today I am 13 weeks pregnant! Almost in the second trimester! Praise God! If you know our history with miscarriage, then you understand why I am so happy to have those first 13 weeks behind me.

Last, but CERTAINLY not least, some pictures of Elliot. Can't forget about him!

Cheesy smile.
{excuse the nose crusties. He has a cold, HATES getting his nose wiped, and I didn't even notice how gross his nose was until AFTER I put the camera down, of course}

Handsome boy.

favorite toy!
His new favorite toy. Thank you, Target!

Cheesy cheese.

Huh?

Big smile!

I haven't asked in awhile. Could we get a vote? Comment that you voted and I'll vote back!!

  1. My daughter is expecting twins and has chosen Vaughn and Kate for their names. She has suffered with miscarriages too, but thankfully we have one beautiful granddaughter who is 9 months old.

  2. Oh man you are so on top of it!! I'm 21 weeks along now and we haven't even started a list yet. But I suppose we have time :-) P.S. I do have a small list I made the other week.. and Sawyer is on it! Hope you are having a girl, that way we won't both end up with little Sawyers. Although, that could be cute. Ha ha.
    Oh, and... we're totally the opposite with names... we can't agree on boys names at all (which sucks cause we're having another boy). But girls names were super easy for us when we were talking about it. Ah well! We'll figure it out. And so will you, can't wait to see what you're having!

  3. I really love the names Loralie and Elyse. Choosing names is always overwhelming, but I'm positive you'll pick the perfect one!

  5. first, have i mentioned that elliot is so cute!

    second, we were the same way both times. i am so happy we had two boys. we knew boys names right away[only argued about how to spell braedon's name but knew that's what it would be] we were so opposite on girls names, had we had a girl, she probably still would just be called girl, bahaha!

    third, i voted :)
